Last Friday 14th November is was our BIG Switch On event!
Despite the inclement weather we welcomed many of our Hawes Side Community into the academy to share in this our special event.
Some of our children performed, there were stalls, refreshments and of course the switch on' itself. Our V.I.P Abigail from Foundation Stage switched on our very own illumination with the 'real' switch on switch. We live streamed it to our guests and our illumination lit up the cold November sky.
It was a wonderful evening, where we all came together as a community to share in our children's wonderful performances.
We'll be doing it all again next year!
