On Tuesday, the children discussed the value, 'Respect'.

The children learned that they can be respectable by listening carefully to the people around them. We discussed how every person was different in looks as well as with how they may behave doing different things. 

The children did a fantastic job of communicating with each other on the step-a-long frames outside. Although some of the children found this tricky, when they listened to one another, they quickly realised they were able to walk with their partners in sync to walk a few metres ahead. They were being very resilient! Yet another one of our values.
